  • Assist with sorting acoustic data from long-term bat monitoring stations for analysis

Fieldwork for this opportunity may be possible though limited, and would require willingness to work in all types of weather conditions, hiking long distances, and working in a cave setting. The fieldwork would consist of setting up bat acoustic detectors and / or downloading data from bat acoustic detectors.

This individual placement is meant to facilitate professional development and promotes exposure to land management agencies and networking with professionals. This could include gaining experience in different conservation fields and shadowing different work groups.
